The Big Release: Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration

The Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration expansion drops simultaneously worldwide on September 16, 2026, making it the first Pokémon set ever to launch globally at the same time. That alone tells you how significant The Pokémon Company is treating this milestone.

Every booster pack in the set includes five foil cards plus one foil Basic Energy card, meaning every single card in every pack has that shiny treatment. Each pack also includes one of 30 unique Pikachu illustrations, giving collectors 30 different Pikachu cards to chase across the set.

Fan favorites like Mewtwo ex, Mew ex, Umbreon ex, Salamence ex, and Greninja ex are all featured in the set alongside the Pikachu chase cards.

What Products Are Coming

Beyond standard booster packs, the launch lineup includes a Poster Collection featuring foil promos of Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres, a Sticker Collection with promo cards of Alolan Exeggutor or Lucario, and a 2-Booster Blister with a shiny Eevee promo card. More premium products and collections are confirmed to follow through Q4 2026.
